He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Borer and Barbara Borer; and his brother Tom Borer. He is survived by: his children, Michele Hipp (Karl) and David Borer (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Annelise, Anderson and Elliott; and his siblings, Susan Lee and Robert Borer (Cheryl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
