He is survived by: his brother Jason Rush (Christine); his nephews, Zachary Rush and Alexander Rush; his cousins, Jeffrey Bolmer (Robin), Kirstein McBride, Stacey Modica (Keith), Timothy Herman and Brittany Herman; his uncle Barry Herman (Janet); and his close friend Cynthia Pavick.
