As Jeffrey departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary Bissett (Gervasi); and his brother Jon. He is survived by: his wife Diane Bissett (McCann); his sons, Jeff of Phillipsburg and Jason of Glen Gardner, NJ; his sister Barbara Bissett Atter (Frank) of Cape Cod, MA; and his granddaughter Lillian Bissett. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
