She was predeceased by : her husband Cesar Malaret Sr.; her parent Genoveva Reyes; and her siblings, Raul and Delia. She is survived by : her children, Cesar Malaret, Carmen Fehr, Cecilia Cory (John) and Nidia Capasso (James); her sisters, Mimia and Viola; and her grandchildren, Cagney, Nicole, Jeremy, Joshua, Barbara, Jared, Kerrin and Bogin. She is also survived by eighteen loving great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
