He is survived by: his children, Vickie Phares (Edward), Jeffery Paliscak and Mark Paliscak; his grandchildren, Tori Drach, Zachary Paliscak and Olivia Paliscak; and his siblings, Anthony Palischak, Joseph Palischak and Theresa Stewart.
