He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Calvin and Elsie Calvin. He is survived by: his children, Michelle, Shane and Jason; his daughter-in-law Jenna; his granddaughters, Lydia and Sadie; his former wife Mariann; and his siblings, Wendy Calvin Fedele (Vinnie Fedele) and Bruce Calvin.
