He was predeceased by : his parents, William Bonnah and Akua Afrakuma Bonnah. He is survived by : his wife Josephine Bonnah; his children, Raymond, Reginald, Angela, Dorcas and Vivian; his sister Faustina Gloria of Morristown Carmelite; his grandchildren, Naomi and Noah; his siblings, Kwadwo Yemoah, Comfort, Frank, Florence, Joseph, Juliana, Charles, Dora, Theresah, Charlotte, Emelia, Ivy and Esther; and also Seth Bonnah.
