He was predeceased by: his parents, George Onufer and Anna Onufer. He is survived by: his wife Althea Onufer; his children, Maureen Grieco and Geoffrey Onufer (Robin); his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Daniel, Jack and Kyle; and his sister Audrey (Joseph Scarpa).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in George's memory to the Heart Success Program at Morristown Medical Center, a program dedicated to supporting patients living with heart failure through specialized care, education, and ongoing treatment.
