She was predeceased by : her father Ron Cook. She is survived by : her mother Emmy Cook; her children, Paige and Sophia; her former life partner Kendal Osbourne; her children, Taylor, Jackson and Calvin; and her siblings, Theo (Kara) and Claudine (Jay).
