He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sciara and Mildred Sciara; and his granddaughter Madison. He is survived by: his wife Judith Sciara; his siblings, Lillian DeRosa (Vincent) and Andrew Sciara (Kathy); his children, Nicholas Sciara (Janine) of North Salem, NY, Maria Patullo (Tom) of Bridgewater and Michael Sciara (Sharon) of Bound Brook; his daughter-in-law Wendy of Belmar; his grandchildren, Morgan (Stephen), C. J. (Caitlin), Jessica (Ian), Hailee (Cole), Taylor (Travis), Tori (James), Eric (Kayla), Sofia (Ryan) and Jaxs; and his great grandchild Charlie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A Mass was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (1890 Washington Valley Rd, Martinsville, NJ 08836).
