He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Weidemann, Sr. and Anna Frances Weidemann; and his brother Walter Weidemann. He is survived by: his wife Frances Weidemann; his children, Richard Weidemann, Jr. (Carolyn), Teresa Jurewicz (Michael), Robert Weidemann (Pamela) and Thomas Weidemann (Jennifer); his siblings, Marie Bergan and Carl Weidemann; and his grandchildren, Laura Molik, Michael Jurewicz, Jr., Kelsey Fortunat (Stephen), Robert Weidemann, Jessica Weidemann, Kyle Weidemann and Richard Weidemann III.
