He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Palasits; his former wives, Carol Ann Kozlowski Palasits and Anna Fydryszewski Palasits; his mother Margaret Huber Palasits; and his brothers, Ernest (Barbara), Walter (Concetta) and John.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Monaghan; his daughters, Judith Stolz, Patricia Haelsig (Tom), Irene Rynar (Robert) and Jennifer Biro (Rob); his stepchildren, Alyson Levy (Michael) and Brynn Hudson (Blake); his grandchildren, Jake (Cindy), Caroline (Juan), Jennifer (David), Emily (Luke), Adam (Amy), Carol (Rob), Libby (Hugh), Doug (Carina) and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Mateo, Faye and Finnen; and his stepgrandchildren, Carter, Tatum, Nola and Bridget. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains.
