He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Polucki and Marie Polucki (Bilinski); his brother William Polucki; and his nephew James Polucki. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his siblings-in-law, Michael Rapp and Joan Polucki; his nieces, Barbara Morgan and Theresa Manzo (Michael); and his nephew Thomas (Toni).
