With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin A. Lakind of Wayne, New Jersey, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on May 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Lakind and Louis Lakind; and his former wife Harriet Cohen Lakind. He is survived by: his wife Mimi; his children, Larry (Pam), Sara Gish Pompton Plains (Joe) and Rory (Toni); his grandchildren, Harriet (Ben), Jared (Ashley), Jennifer (Mark), Samantha, Michael and Ben; and his great grandchild Kennedy.
