He is survived by: his brother Kenny; his son William Wayne Kubofcik (Vera Silva Medeiros) of Paul's Youth Minister; his wife Yevkine "Nadya" Kubofcik; his grandchildren, Josef Kubofcik, Ramsey Kubofcik, Zachari Kubofcik, Brandon Silva and Jonathan Silva; his siblings, Jim Kubofcik, Maureen Kubofcik and Gerry Kubovcik; and also Angel'. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends.
