He was predeceased by : his parents, Edfmund and Rosemarie (Morrone). He is survived by : his significant other Ginger (Tamburri); his brothers, Tony (Olga) of Myrtle Beach, Andrew (Diane Killeen) of Hawthorne and William Carafello (Rita) of Hawthorne; his stepsons, Tony Macedo (Jessica), Joseph Macedo (Christy) and James Muenchen; his grandchildren, Brianna, Jillian, Nicholas and Izzy Macedo; his nieces and nephews, Adam (Erica), Steven, Arianna DeNully, Aislinn Kari and Serena Kari; his great-niece Vera Christine DeNully; his godchildren, Shannon Cusma and Arianna DeNully; and his brothers, Hawthorne Liquors and Arthur Groom. He is also survived by his 6 cats, 4 dogs, 2 birds.
