She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kooistra and Anna Kooistra (Molookiney). She is survived by: her sons, David, Todd (Bonnie) and Richard; her grandsons, Stefan and Jesse; and her great grandchildren, Todd, Addie and Caelin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
