The passing of Elizabeth Davis of Wayne, New Jersey leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 77. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elizabeth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Bromley and Thomas Bromley; her husband Roy Davis; her daughter Christy Gold (Stephen); her grandchildren, Nathan and Finley; and her brother Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home (781 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Glendale Cemetery (28 Hoover Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Betsy's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
