He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Eugene; his wife Edith Amirante (Cannata); his children, Louanne Barbera (Steve) of Wayne, Marianne Scibetta (John) of Wayne, Deborah DeRosa (Jimmy) of Butler, Jeanne Scognamiglio (Gene) of Butler and Patricia Battipede (Robert) of Butler; his grandchildren, Steve Barbera (Marlena), Chrissy O'Connor (James), Samantha Scibetta, Jackie Scibetta, Ali Scibetta, Sarah Maurer (Ricky), Jessica Scognamiglio, Joseph Scognamiglio, Frank Scognamiglio, James DeRosa, Alfred Battipede, Thomas Battipede and Bobby Battipede; his great grandchild Axel Maurer; Angel and Albert.
