She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zbytniewski and Helen Zbytniewski; her husband Myron Mischuk; her grandson Brendan O'Brien; and her siblings, Theresa Cognard and Joseph Zbytniewski.
She is survived by: her daughter Maria "Mia" Mischuk-O'Brien (William) of Wayne, NJ; her brother John Zbytniewski (Natalie) of Southold, NY; and her granddaughter Stephanie O'Brien. She is also survived by several godchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
