He was predeceased by: his father James Shaw; and his sister Edie Sich. He is survived by: his mother Edie Shaw; his children, Casey, Kerri and Ryan Shaw; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Shaw. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
