Zalfa, Sr.; her children, Karen Barbieri (Richard) of Cedar Grove, Samuel Zalfa, Jr. (Gail) of Colora, MD, Cheryl Clerico (Dean) of Shavertown, PA and Danelle Evans (Mark) of Dallas, PA.; her grandchildren, Christopher (Angela), Michael (Caitlin), Laura (Dave), Matthew (Nicole), Jeffrey (Stephanie), Samia, John Paul, Nina, Daniel, Gianna and Jeremy; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Riley, Lucas, Samuel, Leah, Amelia, Charlie, Naomi, Isaac, Cole and Isabel.
