We announce the death of Joseph J. Yanagisawa of Wayne, New Jersey, who passed away on September 4, 2026. Joseph’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Kazuo Yanagisawa and Dr. Eugenia Fujita Yanagisawa; and his sister Genie Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Yanagisawa and Julie Tyrell; and his siblings, Patricia Keane, David Yanagisawa and JoAnne Yanagisawa. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
