He was predeceased by: his parents, Oreste Cirangolo and Filomena Cirangolo (Docimo); and his siblings, Rachel, Rose, Frank, Stella, Ernest, Lawrence, Julia, William, George and John.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth; his children, Paul (Ellen), Maryellen (Patrick Carillo) and Lauren; and his grandchildren, Niki Carillo (David Lazorchak) and Christopher Carillo (Chloe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vander May Wayne Colonial Funeral Home (567 Ratzer Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Valley R. C. Church (630 Valley Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470).
