She is survived by: her child Peter Fazio, Jr.; her wife Carolann; her grandchildren, Paule, Daniel, Tommy, Samantha, Jesse Fazio, Anthony Nocelli and Paula Nocelli; her great grandchild Caleb; Lisa Nocelli (Anthony) and Christopher Fazio.
