He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Hosier and May Hosier; his wife Jennie; his children, Deborah LaSala (William) of Wantage, Janice Nolan (Thomas) of Pompton Plains, Norman Hosier, Jr. (Maryrose) of Newton and James Hosier of Wayne; and his grandsons, Jason Grieves, Billy LaSala, Christopher Grieves, Michael Hosier and Matthew Hosier. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and great grandchildren.
