He was predeceased by: his mother Gail Cusick. He is survived by: his wife Karen "Peanut" Cusick; his father Bob Cusick (Gail Cusick) of Brant Beach, NJ; his nieces and nephews, Kaitlin Raiser, Robbie Raiser and Brooke Moran; and also, Missy, Tom Mathisen, Karen and Mark Raiser of Wayne, NJ.
