She was predeceased by: her husband Cap; and her siblings, Anna Torjek (Joseph), Cecilia Bodziak (Victor), Stephen Maslanek and Michael Maslanek.
She is survived by: her caregiver Michelle Campbell; her son-in-law Joe Campbell; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Lauren and Adam Heverly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Sophie survived two COVID diagnoses, saw nine popes, five British monarchs, and nineteen U. S. presidents.
