It is with sadness that the passing of Valerie Paternoster in Wayne, New Jersey is shared. Valerie, born on March 14, 1948 in Paterson, New Jersey, passed away on August 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Angelo Paternoster and Mary Paternoster; and her sisters, Patrice Paternoster Decker and Lisa Ann Paternoster. She is survived by: her brother Dr. Fredrick Paternoster (Mary Catherine); her nieces, Mary Sage Kabakci (Arben), Shaylyn Decker (Matthew Raue) and Maura Cerami (Nicholas); her nephew Paul Paternoster (Marina); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte, Leo, Jack, Margaret, Willamina, Ayla, Summer and Finn.
