He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kozubal and Agnes Kozubal. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Hughes (John Donohue) and Janice Albers; and his siblings' children, Ryan Hughes, Eric Cuesta and Amanda Cuesta.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's RC Church (17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442).
