He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mirkowski and Helen Mirkowski; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Sudovar; his children, Marianne (Charlie Lazzio) of Wayne, NJ, Roy Mirko (Dawn) of Wayne, NJ, Kathleen (Bryan Fox) of Stamford, CT and Ed Mirko (Carolina) of Oakland, NJ; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Mateo, William, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Mattingly, Carlee, Michael, Peyton, Miles, Emma and Manning.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://stjude.org) or the Alzheimer's New Jersey would be greatly appreciated.
