He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Forgia and Angela La Forgia; and his wife Anna La Forgia. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Spera (Sonny Spera) and Grace Mulkern (Jerard); his siblings, Gianna Farrell, Vito La Forgia and Sabino La Forgia; and his grandchildren, Dr. Marcus Spera (Anne), Erica Spera, Carla Spera, Olivia Mulkern and Emily Mulkern.
