He was loved and cherished by many people including : his brother Jack; his children, Thomas Whalen Panico Jr. (Barbara), Todd Robert Panico (Karen Ann), Timothy Scott Panico and Tricia Ann Castellano (Ray); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Adam Duignan), Thomas III, Tyler, Nicholas, Kelsey, John and Dylan; his nephew Tom; his parents, Frank and Marie; and his siblings, Caraleen and Gerald 'Scrappy'.
