He was predeceased by: his son Biagio "Billy" Guzzi; his parents, Santo Guzzi and Maria Guzzi; and his sisters, Teresa Lombardo and Anna Benincasa.
He is survived by: his wife Pasqua "Lina" (Angiuli); his children, Santo, Joseph Jr., Anna Maria (Ben Camooso) and Rosettina (Ed Bertini); his grandchildren, Carmela Rose Bertini and Biagio Joseph Guzzi; his sister Carmelina; and his brother-in-law Santino Fabiano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
