The memory of Joseph M. Lore of West Milford, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia E. Lore; and his sister-in-law Pamela Lore. He is survived by: his son Joe (Tonya); his grandsons, Matthew and Mark; his daughter Jenny (Barry DeGraaf); his grandchildren, Rachel, Josh and Alyssa; his great grandchild Lio; his siblings, Victor Lore and Rosemarie Lore; his brother-in-law Michael Begy; and his friends, Frank I, Donald R, Peter K, Lenny E, Joe M, Lou, Karen, Theresa R and Rich.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richards Funeral Home - West Milford (1440 Union Valley Rd, West Milford, NJ 07480). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church (1911 Union Valley Rd, Hewitt, NJ 07421).
In lieu of flowers, he asked that donations be made to the West Milford Animal Shelter and The Beagle Freedom Project.
