He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Lewis Rose Jr. (Kristen), Ryan Rose, Mikayla Rose and Tyler Rose; his granddaughters, Reagan and Rebecca Rose; his parent Linda Costa; his stepfather Ron Burr, Sr.; and his brother Thomas Rose. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
