He was predeceased by: his father Hemelt Antonio Puentes. He is survived by: his mother Olivia Puentes; his wife Luz Amparo Uribe; his son Julian David Puentes; and his siblings, Alvaro, Hilda Maria, Hermes, Javier, Esperanza and Edwin Puentes.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barquin Funeral Home (7101 Broadway, North Bergen, NJ 07093).
