He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Battista and Josephine Battista (Mazzarisi); and his brothers, Robert Battista and Sam Battista. He is survived by: his wife Fran Battista (Laudadio); his son Anthony L. Battista (Lauren); his grandchildren, A. J. and Gabriella; and his sister Maryann Barilla. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
