She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Mullen and Margaret O'Mullen (Malloy); her husband Robert J. O'Donnell; and her brother Daniel O'Mullen. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Applegate (Jim Heyburn) and Mary Pinney (Brian C. Pinney); her grandchildren, Stephen Applegate (Ashley), Brian Eric Pinney (Caroline), Stephanie Pinney (Mike) and Corey Pinney (Carly); and her great grandchildren, Jacob and Kylie Wilcomb.
