He is survived by: his son Asher Phoenix (Noémie Estelle); his wife Marilyn; his child Noémie; his parents, Angelo Rosario and Dr. Arceli Rosario of Staten Island; his sister Audrey Rosario of Orlando, Florida; his brothers-in-law, Chris Elsner (Melissa) of Jackson and Thomas Elsner (Rachel) of Louisville, Kentucky; and his sibling's children, Lucía Songalia-Rosario of Glenalmond, Aidan and Isaac Elsner of Jackson.
