She was predeceased by: her siblings, Martin Burke and Ann Faraday (John); her son Captain Scott Garber; and her husband James Garber. She is survived by: her daughter Lee Ann O'Leary; her grandchildren, Tim O'Leary, Robert O'Leary II, Lauren and Phil Richardson; her great grandchild Lani Lee; her daughter-in-law Debbie Garber; her grandchildren, Steven Garber, Alexandra and Tom Bottini; and her great grandchild Norah Scott.
