David J. Rizzo Obituary
We bid farewell to David J. Rizzo of Westfield, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 18, 2025 at the age of 62. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Rizzo. He is survived by: his mother Marion Rizzo; his wife Ana Paula Rios; his son Nicholas Rizzo; and his brothers, Steven Rizzo and Joseph Rizzo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dooley Colonial Home (556 Westfield Ave, Westfield, NJ 07090). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Helen's Roman Catholic Church (1600 Rahway Ave, Westfield, NJ 07090).
