She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Garcia and Mercedes Espinosa; her husband Oscar G. Mujica; and her siblings, Jose "Pepito" Garcia (Dulce Garcia), Senen Garcia (Carolina), Aldo Garcia (Gladis Garcia) and Olga Bermudez (Manuel Bermudez).
She is survived by: her children, Mercedes Fernandez and Oscar J. Mujica; her grandchildren, Matthew Fernandez, Ashley Conneen, Justine Mujica, Brian Fernandez and Oscar M. Mujica; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Conneen Reagan Fernandez, Travis Conneen and Eliza Fernandez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
