She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Ottilie Heyl (Keller) and Herman Frederick Heyl; her husband Carl H Hoffman; her siblings, Marie H Shain (Chickie) and Harry K Heyl; her son Carl E Hoffman; and her nephew Charles E Shain (Corky).
She is survived by: her daughter Edith H Konopka; her son-in-law John; and her nephews, William G Shain Jr., John H Shain, Harry K Heyl Jr. (Kel), Lawrence F Heyl and Jeffrey E Heyl.
