She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Vlahakes and Connie Vlahakes; and her sister Maria Vlahakes Steele. She is survived by: her children, Francis and Jenni Repsha (Eddie); her siblings, Kathie Lavin (Patrick) and Louis Vlahakes (Anastasia); her grandchildren, Oliver, Cloud, Watson and Micah; her nieces and nephews, Constance (Todd), Anthony (Bethany), Adam (Nicole), Alana (Derek), Patrick and Brianne (Steve); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel, Abigail, Ellie, Jason, Chloe, Charlotte, Emilie, Sienna, Daphne and Stevie. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Janice's memory.
