With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean F. Anthes (Westfield, New Jersey), born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on March 4, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Anthes; her parents, Louis Capobianco and Concetta Capobianco; and her sisters, Alma Capobianco, Emilia Kane and Celeste Krowicki.
She is survived by: her stepgrandchildren, Kimberly Horvath (Robert) of Clark, NJ, Kerry Daddato (Frank) of Manalapan, NJ, Jennifer Surmay (Gary) of Cranford, NJ and Alison Moffitt (Michael) of Scottsdale, AZ; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryan, Evan, Matthew Surmay, Kaelyn, Caroline Moffitt, Jamie Lee, Robert Horvath, Frankie and Briana Daddato. She is also survived by many grandnieces and great-grand nephews.
