She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Zika; her children, Dana Zika (David Lucarello), Jacqueline Ritter (Matthew), Jonathan Zika and Daniel Zika (Stacy); her grandsons, Aiden Michael, Nathaniel Theodore and Gabriel Robert; and her sisters, Maryann Grady, Jane Zampaglione and Susan Murray.
