He was predeceased by: his wife Carol. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Lynn Metsky (Ken), Nancy Bergen Gillmer (Bruce) and Mary Bergen Monahan (Chris); his grandchildren, Kristen Chaleff (Sam), Matthew Costello (Deanna), Jessica Lynn Conte (Dominic), Owen Monahan, Haley Monahan and Lauren Gillmer; and his great grandchildren, Liam Costello, Ryan Costello, Cameron Chaleff, Lainey Costello and Eliza Chaleff.
