He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Patrick and Josephine Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kennelly; his daughters, Kelly Bender and Lesley Patrick (Jeffrey Hill); his sisters-in-law, Suzanne Santangelo (Thomas Santangelo) and Kara Kennelly; and his mother-in-law Florence Kennelly. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
