It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Hooper of Westfield, New Jersey, who passed away on March 19, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Hooper; her parents, Fred Johnson and Anne Johnson; and her brother Dr. Bruce Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Tracey Abby-White, Richard A. White, Sr., Carole, Dr. Elliott Decker and Alison Anne Hooper; her grandchildren, Ashton Abby Giegerich, Brittany Abby Springman, Kierstyn Abby Carman, Luke Decker, Alexander Decker (Lex), Casey Hooper, Kelly Hooper and Erin Hooper; and her nephews, Philippe Laurendeau and Ian Johnson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
